All online puja service bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or phone.
A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking, along with the details of the scheduled date, time, and video conferencing platform.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
2. Service Details
Online puja services will be conducted via [platform, e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.]. The link to join the session will be shared at least [30 Min] before the scheduled time.
The puja will be performed live by our qualified priests as per Vedic traditions.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary technology to participate in the session.
3. Puja Materials
A detailed list of required materials will be provided upon booking. Clients are responsible for arranging these items unless otherwise specified.
In some cases, we may offer to ship the materials for an additional fee. Delivery timelines will depend on the shipping location.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation requests must be made at least [24 Hours] before the scheduled puja to qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the priest and may incur additional charges.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than [24 Hours] before the puja.
5. Technical Issues
We are not responsible for disruptions due to technical issues on the client’s end, such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunctions.
In case of technical issues on our end, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
The online puja session is private and will not be recorded by us without prior consent from the client.
Clients are prohibited from recording or distributing the session without written permission.
Personal information shared during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for providing the service.
7. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain decorum during the online session. Disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
The client must ensure a quiet and respectful environment for the duration of the puja.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any outcomes or results of the puja, as these depend on individual beliefs and circumstances.
We are not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or technical platform outages.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within [insert time, e.g., 7 business days], subject to the cancellation policy.
No refunds will be issued for incomplete services due to non-compliance with these terms or technical issues on the client’s end.
