1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for cancellations or changes made in compliance with our cancellation policy.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Cancellations made less than [24 Hours] before the scheduled puja.
Technical issues on the client’s end, such as poor internet connectivity or device malfunctions.
Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the service.
2. Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your booking at least [48 hours] before the scheduled puja, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., transaction or material costs).
Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled puja may qualify for a partial refund, at our discretion.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their puja at least [24 hours] in advance. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our priests and may incur additional charges.
If rescheduling is not possible and the client cancels, the refund will be processed according to the cancellation terms.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] of the cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges associated with the refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If a puja cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, technical platform outages), refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Any materials shipped to the client for the puja are non-refundable.
Fees paid for express bookings or premium services are also non-refundable.
