Important:

Please carefully check all information before completing your booking. Vedam may not be able to correct information after a Puja or Seva has already been performed.

A booking is considered successfully placed only after the payment has been successfully processed and the booking has been confirmed by Vedam or its applicable service provider.

You may receive a confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication channel.

A payment attempt that is unsuccessful, incomplete or reversed does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Prices displayed on Vedam are applicable to the relevant offering at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

The final payable amount may include applicable taxes, delivery charges, processing charges or other applicable fees, where disclosed during checkout.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and to complete payments through the payment methods made available on the website.

7. Payment Failure & Duplicate Payments

If your payment appears unsuccessful but your bank or payment provider shows a debit, please contact Vedam support with the relevant transaction details.

Where a payment is received more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment-processing issue, Vedam may verify the transaction and process the applicable resolution.

Refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway, banking institution and applicable processing timelines.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the nature of the Puja, Seva, product or service purchased.

Certain devotional services may involve arrangements that begin shortly after booking and therefore may have limited or no cancellation eligibility once fulfilment has commenced.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms displayed on the relevant service or checkout page will apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.

Before booking:

Please carefully review the service description, scheduled date, selected offering, devotee information, price and applicable refund conditions before completing payment.

The actual method, timing and location of performance may depend on the relevant temple, priest, religious tradition, festival schedule or other operational circumstances.

Where a service includes Prasad or another physical item, delivery may be subject to the applicable delivery terms, serviceable locations and logistics conditions.
